The recreational estate Vila Val\u010da is situated in the gorgeous Turiec valley, part of Mala Fatra mountain range, just 7 km from the nearby city of Martin, \u017dilina region. Several known ski resorts can be found in the vicinity: Winter Park Martinky, Jasensk\u00e1 dolina (12 km) and the nearby family resort favorite – Snowland Val\u010dianska dolina – a 5 minute drive from Vila Val\u010da. In the wider area you can also check out a variety of spa resorts, e.g. Gino Paradise Be\u0161e\u0148ov\u00e1, Spa & Aquapark Tur\u010dianske Teplice and Aquapark Tatralandia. The comfortable and refurbished interior of Villa Val\u010da takes up 750 m2, whereas outside, the estate provides 2000 m2 of beautiful forest covered surroundings, ideal for family recreation and groups of friends limited to 9 people.<\/p>\n

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a bar combined with a capacious living room including 50” Plasma Smart Full HD TV, Dolby Surround 5.1 set, Skylink Satellite, Wi-Fi, French brick fireplace and leather sofa set. The house has 3 bedrooms (3×3), each with its own bathroom, Full HD TV, Wi-Fi, desk and couch.<\/p>\n

The estate has a separate wellness section comprising a 12m indoor pool, 6 person Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna for 6, cooling shower and a relaxation zone with deckchairs.
\nThe buildings are centrally heated by gas condensing boiler.<\/p>\n
